- For commercial contracts within our service area, collection and delivery are part of the service and are stated explicitly in your quote rather than added afterwards.
- Which areas do you collect from?
- Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar, including Nikol, Naroda, Bapunagar, Maninagar, SG Highway, Prahlad Nagar, Bopal, Satellite and Chandkheda. If you are outside that, we would rather say so than run a route we cannot service reliably.
- How often can you collect?
- From daily to weekly, depending on your volume and how much linen you hold. More frequent collection lets you carry less stock; less frequent collection means you need more par. We will help you work out which trade suits your operation.
- What happens if a collection is missed?
- You get a named operational contact rather than a general number, and the recovery arrangement is written into the agreement rather than improvised.
