We run bulk linen, uniform and workwear processing from our plant in Nikol, Ahmedabad, for operations where laundry is not a chore but a dependency.
Streams stay separated
Healthcare, cleanroom and general workwear are handled as distinct streams: separate sorting, separate wash formulas, and clean stock that never rides back in a compartment that just carried soiled bags.
Process is controlled, not improvised
Sorting by fabric, colour and soil level; stains identified and treated at sorting rather than washed blind; wash alkalinity neutralised at the end of every cycle; drying stopped before the fibre is cooked.

What is your turnaround time?
Turnaround is agreed per contract and depends on volume, item type and finishing required. We commit to a specific window in writing rather than a general expectation, because your linen par levels depend on it being reliable.
How is hospital linen handled differently?
Hospital linen is segregated at source into colour-coded streams — general, infected, heavily soiled and theatre — and those streams are kept separate through collection, processing and return. Clean and soiled linen never share a trolley or an uncleaned vehicle compartment. Infected-linen loads are processed on dedicated cycles.
